How Laying in a Snowbank Built my Confidence and Changed my Life! (Motivation and Inspiration)

In 1979, Treva was in junior high school in Sioux Falls, South Dakota and was the target of extreme bullying. She never ever realized that the way she dressed, even at the age of 14, would cause such controversy. Back then, bullying wasn’t even something people talked about. After being beaten and bloodied and left in a snowbank, she had a choice to make; either lay there and let herself melt away and be insignificant, or get up and make the choice to move forward and never look back. And that’s exactly what she did. Determined, Treva overcame the obstacles of “never fitting in,” and became the person she was destined to be. She surrounded herself with people she trusted, had a mentor, made friends, and worked two jobs at a time to put herself through college earning both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees. She went on to be a successful local model, pageant winner, speech pathologist and is now living her dream; owning her training and coaching business to help both men and women look and feel their best through her signature business formula; “I.C.E.” Your Way to the TOP! Treva made the choice to be determined to reach the goals she set for herself, rather than melting away with the snow. Treva will share that you, too, have the power to change your own “story” and be the authentic person that you are meant to be.
